Staff Parish

The Staff Parish Relations Committee is responsible to the Church Council. The Committee is the support group for the Pastors and staff. They seek to cultivate a good relationship between the congregation, the Pastor and the various church committees and organizations. They keep the Pastor and the District Superintendent apprised of the effectiveness of the Pastor and staff. They make recommendations to the Church Council regarding salaries, vacations, pulpit supplies, and any other matters affecting the pastors, parsonage family, ministry, and staff. Confidentiality of individuals and issues is of the utmost importance.
